Our unique team unites award-winning Board-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner Richard Humphreys, Certified Holistic Emotional Freedom Coach Kimberly Humphreys, and Holistic Ayurvedic Chef Shelley Marie. Together, we combine decades of expertise in body, mind, and spirit wellness to offer integrative solutions that enhance mental, physical, and emotional health.
